Vendor needs to provide events coordinator service. – Event Coordinator who can provide comprehensive professional services for the planning, coordination, promotion, implementation, and evaluation of Sheridan Celebrates activities and designated City Council–sponsored events.Develop and maintain an annual event implementation plan and budget. • Coordinate meetings and communications among Committee members, City staff, elected officials, vendors, sponsors, community organizations, schools, exhibitors, parade participants, volunteers, and other stakeholders. • Plan and execute the Sheridan Celebrates Festival and associated parades. • Coordinate event vendors, entertainment, exhibitors, volunteers, permits, contracts, and logistics. • Develop and implement promotional and advertising activities. • Solicit, manage, and recognize event sponsors. • Administer the Sheridan Celebrates Giving philanthropy program. • Coordinate designated City Council Ward–specific events. • Evaluate events and provide reports and recommendations to the Committee and City Council. • Adjust event plans as directed by City leadership and the Committee to address safety, operational, regulatory, or community considerations.• General Support and Meetings• Celebrates Festival• Celebrates Parades• Promotion and Marketing• Sponsorship• Celebrates Giving • City Council Ward–Specific Events
