(1) Vendor needs to provide building design and construction services to the government authority located in Salt Lake, UT. – Provide complete turnkey services necessary to deliver a fully operational facility. – The new facility is intended to provide a purpose–planned, durable, and flexible campus operations building that supports print production, media solutions, wide–format and digital printing, mail metering and distribution, freight receiving, warehouse storage, customer service, administrative offices, campus police storage, copier fleet storage, and back–of–house support functions.• The project consists of the design and construction of a new print, mail and receiving building to support centralized institutional operations including:– Print production and finishing– Incoming and outgoing mail processing– Package receiving and distribution– Warehouse storage and inventory management– Administrative offices and staff support areas– Vehicle loading and unloading operations– Secure records and materials storage– Building systems and supporting infrastructure• The facility shall be designed for operational efficiency, durability, safety, flexibility, and future expansion capability:– Consolidation of existing print, mail, and receiving functions– Improved operational workflow and logistics efficiency– Reduced operating and maintenance costs– Enhanced workplace safety and security– Energy–efficient and sustainable building systems– Flexible space planning for future operational changes– Minimal disruption to ongoing Owner operations(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 29, 2026. (3) Mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on July 15, 2026.
