(1) Vendor needs to provide itinerant occupational services to the government authority located in Keyser, WV.– Provide itinerant occupational therapy services to eligible students.–  Providing direct and consultative occupational therapy services to students as outlined in Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). – Conducting occupational therapy evaluations, including initial assessments and revaluations, using standardized and functional tools. – Collaborating with teachers, special educators, related service providers, and families to support students’ motor development, sensory regulation, self–help skills, and school–based functional abilities. – Assisting with the development of IEP goals, service recommendations, and accommodations/modifications related to occupational therapy needs. – Maintaining timely and accurate documentation, including evaluation reports, treatment notes, and Medicaid billing logs (if applicable). – Traveling between school sites as needed to provide equitable access to services for students across the county.
