(1) Vendor needs to provide work–based learning implementation plans service to the government authority located in Columbus, OH.  – The following guidance to state institutions of higher education outlining the expectations for work–based learning (WBL) implementation over the next two academic years.– The chancellor of higher education expects institutions to take this opportunity– To assess their existing infrastructure to support WBL and set robust and realistic goals to increaseopportunities and support services for students to secure work–based learning experiences such as coops, internships, apprenticeships, and externships.– Work–based learning opportunities should prioritize alignment to agency target economicsectors and increase engagement and placement with state based employers.
