(1) Vendor needs to provide transportation management services to the government authority located in Kingston, NY.        – Transportation services, including to, names, approved pick–up and drop–off locations, special needs, and service provider start and end times, and shall supply same to transporter as necessary.– Implement transportation routing software and shall make the software utilized in the performance of services.– The firm shall develop and maintain appropriate computerized systems for storing and processing data on children receiving transportation services for accounting, invoicing, parental mileage reimbursement, Routes, and other functions.– Provide and maintain adequate staffing levels to perform all transportation management services specified.– Service providers, parents, and transporters from early morning before transportation services commence and until all children have been safely delivered to their designated drop–off locations.– Real–time bus tracking.– Transportation routing software.(2) The contract period will be for two years.
