CSE-24629 - USA (Lawrenceville, Georgia) - An Independent Assessment of Video Surveillance Software and Hardware - Deadline September 28,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide an independent assessment of video surveillance software and hardware to the government authority located in Lawrenceville, GA. – The assessment is expected to apply to all County facilities that currently have video surveillance and for those that may not currently have cameras.– Currently the Internet Protocol (IP) video camera system includes over 3,100 leased and County–owned cameras, and hundreds of supporting recorders and network components across approximately 100 locations.– The resulting assessment will be used for internal planning, budgeting, and other decisions.• Provide an updated inventory of all video camera system technology including the locations of all existing hardware and software, including updated site maps. • Identify and specify all unnecessary, redundant, or underutilized video cameras. • Provide recommendations and justifications for update/replacement versus removal of existing cameras. • Provide updated site maps and identify the optimal, most cost effective locations for camera placement to ensure maximum coverage and operational benefit • Identify coverage gaps and areas where additional cameras are recommended along with justifications for those recommendations. • Evaluate the County’s current video support and maintenance practices. • Provide recommendations for improving the County’s current video support and maintenance practices. • Provide suggested alternatives to the existing video surveillance technology in use, to include novel solutions for replacement technology or non–technology options. • Provide a proposed implementation plan and estimated budgetary cost estimate to achieve the recommendations outlined in the assessment. (2) The contract period will be one year.
