(1) Vendor needs to provide fabrication and installation services.• The fabrication and installation of the 5th & Pleasant Black Heritage Trail historical markers and signs. • The 5th and pleasant black heritage trail include a series of twenty–one free–standing signs, combining eighteen low profile markers and three pedestrian totem (trailhead) signs reflecting the fifth avenue pleasant street neighborhood’s historic aesthetic and providing historical information at each location.• All signs include images, text (maximum 300 words), 5th & Pleasant logo and a locator map.Low Profile Markers shall be approximately: • 80”H x 36” W x 12” D (sign dimensions) • 35”H x 40” W (graphic area) Pedestrian Totem (Trail head) Signs shall be approximately:• 88”H x 26” W x 4” D (sign dimension) • 62”H x 26” W (graphic area) • 24” transparent area between ground elevation and wall as safety feature(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 18, 2026.(3) A pre–bid meeting will be held on August 11, 2026.
