(1) Vendor needs to provide construction management services to the government authority located in Roseville, CA. – Construction management consultant will be retained prior to procurement of the design–assist contractor and will support the project throughout the pre–construction and construction phases of the project.– Consultant will support the project through the pre–construction, construction, startup, commissioning, and project closeout phases.– Provide comprehensive construction administration services throughout construction.– Specialty inspection and quality assurance.– Field inspections.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 27, 2026. (3) Pre–proposal conference will be held on August 18, 2026.
