This project aims to evaluate the possibility of constructing a new 30' Wide x 80' Long x 16' Tall Tube Steel Building with a Concrete Pad at the District's Administration Facility at 14128 Highway 110 S in Whitehouse, TX. The front will be 30' with one 14'x14' overhead door and one 14'x12' overhead door. The left side will have two walkthrough doors, one within 2 feet of the building's front and one within 2 feet from the back. Next to the walkthrough door near the rear of the building will be an 8'x8 overhead door.
