DRA-11235 - USA (Gulfport, Mississippi) - Data Entry and Warehouse Support Services - Presolicitation - Deadline August 7,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide data entry and warehouse support services to the government authority located in Gulfport, MS. – Provide data input, warehouse services, inventory management, communications equipment installation, equipment maintenance and material management.– The Contractor shall provide effective full–time supervision and the technical expertise to manage the project and coordinate the data input, systems management, inventory management, equipment maintenance management, equipment tracking, movement, shipment, packing/unpacking of material and processing material for Defense Logistics Agency Disposition Services.– The Contractor shall create, manage and maintain stock record cards and material locations for approximately 10,000 line items.– The Contractor shall maintain an accurate Maintenance Data Systems/Planned Maintenance Systems (MDS/PMS) database– The Contractor shall identify common causes of any 3–M program related problems; propose and implement solutions.– The Contractor shall maintain Navy property inventory in the Navy inventory program databases daily.(2) This bid is Set–Aside for Historically Underutilized Business.
