PMU Administrative and Communication Consultant — Sustainable Management of Substances Controlled by the Montreal Protocol

REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST Recruitment of PMU Administrative and Communication Consultant (C3-IC6) The Socialist Republic of Viet Nam has received a grant from the Multilateral Fund for the Implementation of the Montreal Protocol on Substances that Deplete the Ozone Layer, administered by the World Bank (WB) and the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP), to implement the Sustainable Management of Substances Controlled by the Montreal Protocol Project (SMS-MP) under Department of Climate Change (DCC) and intends to use part of the grant to cover eligible expenses under this Contract. The SMS-MP PMU plans to recruit a national individual consultant to implement the PMU Administrative and Communication Consultant Contract (C3-IC6) to support the implementation of the Project with the following requirements: - Relevant university degree in the area of communications, media, languages, or a related field; - Understanding on the Montreal Protocol on Substances that deplete the ozone layer, controlled substances elimination; - At least 8 years of experiences in communication, media. Having experiences in administrative support, office management or similar roles; - Good command of English; - Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and meet deadlines; - Strong understanding of social media platforms and their application for project; - Strong photography skills with experience in fieldwork; - Experience in video production and editing; - In good health. The PMU will select consultant through an individual consultant selection process in accordance with the World Bank's procurement regulations.
