(1) Vendor needs to provide fireworks display service. – To provide fireworks display for the City’s annual celebration, held on 4th of July. – For the turn–key execution of the show, including design, permitting, safety, and site restoration.• Performance Specification– Show duration must be a minimum of 15 minutes and maximum of 22 minutes.– Must be professionally choreographed to a patriotic theme, synchronizing effects with musical crescendos and pauses.– All proposed music must be submitted for review and approval prior to the event.– For providing their own firing–to–audio synchronization equipment.• Compliance & Safety• Site Operations & Logistics– Conduct a mandatory site walk–through at least 30 calendar days prior to the event.– Provide detailed operational schedules, including load–in, setup, and production timelines.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than November 16, 2026.
