(1) Vendor needs to provide RTU replacement service to the government authority located in Toledo, OH. – Replace the rooftop unit/chiller at agency.• Work: – Get the new unit on site – Shut down power and gas to the old unit – Disconnect electrical, controls, gas line, drain – Use crane to lift old unit off of the roof and dispose of – Lift the new unit onto the roof and set on the curb – Wire in electrical to the unit, tie into controls – Pipe gas line into the unit, run a new drain line – Set parameters on the unit and perform a startup – Perform complete operational check when work is complete(2) Strongly encouraged pre–bid meeting will be held on July 21, 2026.
