(1) Vendor needs to provide printing and mailing services to the government authority located in San Benito, CA.• Approximately 26,150 Tax Bills must be printed and mailed to unique addresses, together with inserts as specified.– Annual Current Secured Property Tax Bills: – Approximately 17,000 Copies– Remittance Envelopes: – Approximately 90,000 Copies– Library Donation Envelopes: – Approximately 10,000 Copies– Pre–Printed Stock Backers: – Approximately 5,000 Copies– Pre–Printed Supplemental Bill Inserts: – Approximately 5,000 Copies• Print tax bills, inserts, envelopes and some variable data.• Print envelopes to be used for mailing bills and remittances• Print in full color or black and white as specified. Print method and result must be approved by County as to quality of printing.• Print on one or both sides of paper as specified by the County in each print job(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 24, 2026.(3) Contact term will be for three years.
