– Vendor needs to provide youth outreach and canoe journey send–off dinner service.  – Provide canoe club will be hosting a youth outreach and canoe journey send–off dinner on July 15, 2026.– Responsibilities under this contract include prepping, cooking, and serving dinner and dessert for 150 people. – The menu is up to you, but we will need to correspond with the elk meat for the meal. please state in detail what you will be preparing as part of your bid response. water will need to be purchased to go with the meal.– Responsible for setting up the dining area, which includes setting tables and chairs up.– Responsible for cleaning the kitchen and dining areas (putting tables and chairs away, sweeping, mopping, taking out the garbage, etc.) after the event.
