Vendor needs to provide web–based on–demand online training library platform. – Provide, host, support, and maintain a web–based, on–demand online training platform that includes the following components: • Professional continuing education training – provide accredited online training courses that support Continuing Education Units (CEUs), Professional Development Hours (PDHs), and related continuing education requirements for: Professional Engineers (PE), Project Management Professionals (PMP) and Engineering and technical personnel.• Industrial power generation training library: – Provide a specialized industrial power generation online training library that supports: Boiler operations training, plant operations and maintenance, and industrial safety practices.• Facility maintenance training library:– Provide a comprehensive facility maintenance training catalog that includes coursework related to: mechanical systems, electrical systems, HVAC systems and preventive and corrective maintenance• Learning management and administrative functions – provide a fully functional Learning Management System (LMS) that includes:– Unlimited on–demand access to training content for all authorized users.– Web–based access available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.– User account management and administrative reporting capabilities.– Historical training record retention and transcript access.– Course completion tracking and reporting.– Accessible end–user technical support.• System continuity and compatibility functions – Maintain continuity of service and preserve existing training records and user access functionality to avoid disruption to: – Ongoing employee training programs.– Certification compliance requirements.– Operational workforce development initiatives.
