(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services for aircraft accident investigation to the government authority located in Bahamas. – Provide routine and periodic janitorial services that maintain the authority's premises in a clean, healthy, and presentable condition.– For maintaining a clean, safe, sanitary, and professional working environment that supports the authority's operations.– Daily cleaning of offices, workstations, conference rooms, reception areas, corridors, kitchens, and restrooms.– Dusting and wiping of furniture, desks, windowsills, and other surfaces.– Vacuuming carpets and mopping hard floors.– Emptying waste bins and replacing liners.– Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, including replenishment of soap, paper towels, and toilet tissue.– Cleaning kitchen and break room areas.– Spot cleaning of walls, doors, and partitions.– Periodic deep cleaning services.– Floor polishing and buffing as required.– Reporting maintenance issues observed during cleaning activities.
