Vendor needs to provide zero discharge flushing route plan services to the government authority located in Merced, CA. – Provide all services necessary to complete the flushing program, including but not limited to the following:• Review Agency GIS data, system maps, and historical flushing records.• Coordinate with City staff to develop annual and/or zone–based flushing schedules.• Identify critical dead–end mains, low–flow areas, water quality complaint areas, and high water age zones.• Develop a flushing sequence plan to maximize water quality improvements and operational efficiency.• Prepare traffic control plans as necessary.
