(1) Vendor needs to provide patient flow and queue management system.– Software, software licensing, hardware, implementation, project management, installation, workflow configuration, training, warranty, maintenance, and technical support necessary to support patient check–in, virtual queuing, patient notification, digital signage, reporting, administrative dashboards, and related operational capabilities.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
