(1) Vendor needs to provide Comprehensive Support, Monitoring Security and Life Safety Systems to the government authority located in Port Arthur, TX.– Systems Covered Under This RFP 1. Door Access Control Systems: The system includes access control panels, card readers, door hardware (electric strikes, magnetic locks, and panic/exit devices), request–to–exit (REX) devices, and door position contacts.2. Security Alarm Systems (Intrusion Detection): These systems include security alarm control panels, keypads, passive infrared (PIR) motion detectors, door and window contact sensors, glass break sensors, and associated annunciators. 3. Fire Alarm Systems and Smoke Detection Systems: These systems include fire alarm control panels (FACPs), manual pull stations, heat detectors, photoelectric and ionization smoke detectors, duct smoke detectors, notification appliances (horns, strobes, and speaker/strobe combinations), and associated signaling circuits. 4. Centralized System Monitoring Services: These include addressable and conventional photoelectric smoke detectors, ionization smoke detectors, multi–criteria smoke detectors, and duct smoke detectors integrated with HVAC systems and fire alarm control panels. (2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 8, 2026.
