(1) Vendor needs to provide commercial real estate services to the government authority located in Marathon, WI.– Licensing: The firm and the designated lead listing realtor must hold active, unblemished real estate realtor licenses in good standing with the department of safety and professional services.– Property Assessment: Reviewing county titles, zoning restrictions, easements, and environmental reports.– Market Analysis: Delivering a Realtor Price Opinion and recommending an optimal listing price.– Marketing Strategy: Creating digital and print collateral, list–serv campaigns, and signage.– Offer Management: Receiving, vetting, and summarizing competing offers for county board review.– Closing Support: Coordinating with the county's legal counsel, title companies, and escrowing agents.– Public Records: All submitted proposals and subsequent offer negotiations may be subject to public open–records laws.– Board Approval: The final sale of any property requires formal resolution and approval by the County Board of Supervisors.(2) All question must be submitted no later than August 13, 2026.
