Vendor needs to provide entrance door replacement service to the government authority located in Worcester, MA. – The Senior Center is an existing four–story brick building.– The Senior Center occupies the entire first floor and part of the second floor.– The Owner will maintain security and control of the building and shall lock and unlock the building during the normal work hours between the hours of 6:30 am and 5:30 pm. – The area adjacent to the building at the parking lot is available for the Contractor to install a dumpster and for storage of materials.– Must install and maintain a temporary barrier around hoisting and storage areas, and suitable overhead protection.
