(1) Vendor needs to provide security technical consultation service to the government authority located in Providence, RI. – Provide services needed to purchase the design, fabrication, and installation of a scalable, future–ready video management and electronic access control system for both facilities and their associated parking structures.– Provide a strategic roadmap that aligns security systems across the agency’s campus and any planned renovations.– Support the procurement and integrator selection processes.– Act as the owner’s representative during system implementation, system configuration, and commissioning. • Assessment and design:– Conduct interviews with stakeholder groups to establish goals, priorities, and operational requirements for security systems, a new central security operations center and venue operations.– Tour and document both facilities, the agency–operated parking structures, sidewalks, roads, and parking areas within the project boundary, to identify locations requiring cameras or electronic access control.– Evaluate every device connected to the existing camera network to determine key areas of improvement.• Procurement and vendor support:– Create technical specifications and scope of work documentation to support the agency’s solicitation for integration services.• Implementation oversight and commissioning:– Serve as technical advisor to the agency throughout installation.– Provide QA/QC oversight during the deployment phase.– Review and comment on submittals, shop drawings and change orders.– Assist to identify, resolve, and correct technical problems encountered during implementation.– Confirm that the integrator creates and delivers accurate “as–built” drawings, wiring diagrams, and network diagrams. Ensure that the integrator prepares and delivers electronic AutoCAD record drawings based on information furnished including significant changes in the work made during implementation.– Support the system handoff from integrator to agency with complete documentation and system training.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 15, 2026. (3) Mandatory pre–bid in person or on–line meeting will be held on September 9, 2026.
