(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in Greenville, NC.– Empty all trashcans.– Replace trashcan liners.– Deposit all trash and boxes in dumpster.– Clean countertops, sink and floor in kitchen.– Dust all ledges, sills and partitions to keep clean and free of dust.– Dust and damp wipe all horizontal surfaces.– Vacuum and dust all cloth bottom chairs.– Clean grills on heat and air conditioning ducts and air returns.– Spot clean all surfaces including entrance areas and glass partitions.– Damp wipe and polish all chrome surfaces.– Clean and shine all chrome fixtures including drinking fountains and molding– Wash and dry all interior and exterior glass.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 28, 2026.(3) A mandatory site visit will be held on August 26, 2026.(4) The contract period will be for one year.
