RFQ #213690 - Campus Asphalt Services- Various Sites

Laramie County Community College (LCCC) solicits qualifications from experienced and qualified contractors to provide asphalt maintenance and preservation services at multiple parking lots and the campus loop road. The intent of this RFQ is to contract with one Contractor capable of performing a range of asphalt maintenance services. The selected contractor shall provide surface preparation, crack sealing, seal coating and/or line striping services at the following locations identified in Attachments A and B. Parking Lot A Parking Lot B Parking Lot C Parking Lot E Parking Lot F Parking Lot G Parking Lot I Parking Lot J Parking Lot K Parking Lot L Parking Lot M Parking Lot N Loop Road LCCC may, at its sole discretion and based on the pricing received, elect to have the Contractor perform one or more of the requested services at any location. LCCC reserves the right to award services by location, by service type, or in any combination deemed to be in its best interest.
