(1) Vendor needs to provide financial advisory service to the government authority located in Ardmore, OK.– Services available include:• Assist with the establishment of banking relationships or other financial services;• Assist with applications for government small business programs, including but not limited to agency.• Prepare financial analyses;• Identify sources of credit, capital, grants, and other financing;• Advise on factors that may impede access to financing for the beneficiary business;• Advise on financial management;• Develop presentations to potential investors;• Develop financial models;• Develop business plans; and• Provide other financial services to beneficiaries, as needed, within the scope of services available and that will help beneficiary companies prepare for– and/or access capital.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
