(1) Vendor needs to provide transportation analytics platform.– Transportation Analytics Platform – A web–based interactive online platform that allows unlimited analyses within the jurisdictions described above.a) On–demand capabilities desired within the service area will include:• Vehicle Miles Travelled (VMT)• Average Annual Daily Traffic (AADT) Counts• Traffic counts to within 15–minute increments• Turning Movement Counts (TMC) that are accurate at low and high–volume intersections and detailed enough for event monitoring.• Corridor speeds for custom–defined distances and time periods for all street classifications• Multimodal mobility data to capture alternate travel modes along selected corridors• Travel Time Analysis for interstates, freeways, and arterials fromuser–selected beginning and ending points with the ability to reverse directions easilyb) Subscription Types: Vendors shall provide multiple price points, if theyare available to offer agency procurement flexibility.c) Accessibility: The agency shall be cloud–hosted and accessible wherever internet is available.– All expenses and fees associated with hosting and accessing the data shall be included in the subscription fee.d) Users: The TAP (Transportation Analytics Platform) shall be usable by any governmental stakeholder performing transportation–related work within the Lexington area.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 10, 2026
