(1) Vendor needs to provide juvenile medical health services to the government authority located in Bowling Green, OH.– Medical services:– Arrange and/or provide for all levels of youth medical care and ensure that such services are high quality, accessible and timely.– Provide nursing staff 28 hours per week (4 hours a day/7 days a week) at each facility– Provide a licensed physician on–site at least eight (8) hours per month.– Provide 24 hour on–call emergency medical services for youths.– Provide sick–call daily by a physician or qualified health care professional (RN/LPN). – Training– Medication/medical supplies:– Develop programs for the dispensing and control of drugs– Provide policies and procedures regarding the forced use of psychotropic medication and shall document such medication.(2) An optional pre–bid site visit will be held on August 10, 2026.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than August 12, 2026.(4) The contract period will be for two years.
