(1) Vendor needs to provide landscaping and irrigation services to the government authority located in Carson City, NV.– Contractor is also responsible for all materials, tools, hardware, and labor to complete this project.– Contractor is also responsible for properly disposing of all materials that have been removed from this project.– Replace controller.– Provide and plant (5) 5–gallon trailing rosemary.– Provide and plant (40) 5–gallon cactus barrel.– Run new drip lines and emitters to existing landscaping and new plants.– Replace and install (3) 1” rip valve with complete assembly.– Prep Soil and finish grade.– Relocate existing isolation valve near palm tree.
