(1) Vendor needs to provide master planning and schematic design services to the government authority located in Castle Rock, CO.– Provide expertise in landscape architecture, design, planning, and public process for the historic arts center exterior ground improvements.– Create high–quality outdoor gathering spaces that support community events, arts programming, and public interaction while utilizing thoughtful landscape design to enhance the visitor experience, celebrate the site's historic character, showcase public art and sculptures, and create memorable, picturesque destinations throughout the property.– Creating a unique, art and sculpture inspired playground.– Addressing site drainage.– Develop a phasing plan to address the proposed improvements with phased annual budgets.– Initial public process and concept designs.– Visit the property and review available documents to become familiar with the site and begin to develop a framework that will later be refined with public outreach and conceptual designs.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 24,2026.(3) A pre–bid job walk visit will be held on August 13,2026.
