(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in Hollister, CA.– Provide Wednesday and Friday daytime janitorial services.– Carpet and hard floors must be thoroughly dry before returning items to their original locations.– Disinfecting shall include antiviral disinfectant wiping down of hard surfaces and antiviral disinfectant spraying.– Clean and disinfect high–touch surfaces.– Clean plexiglass using clean microfiber cloths and a neutral cleaner appropriate for use on plexiglass.– Empty, rinse, clean, and disinfect wastewater holding tank in janitor closet sink.– Clean and disinfect all hard surfaces.– Sweep all floors.– Restock dispensers in the break room.– Empty waste and trash receptacles, and clean interior and exterior of receptacles with disinfectant cleaner.– Vacuum carpets and mats.– Damp mop floors using a neutral cleaner.– Dust walls to ceiling areas.– Sweep floors and clean edges, corners, and tight areas.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 17,2026.(3) A mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on July 15,2026.
