DRA-11058 - USA (Cincinnati, Ohio) - Oil and Fluid Analysis Service - Deadline August 11,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide oil and fluid analysis service to the government authority located in Cincinnati, OH.• Vendor must provide training material for maintenance staff in the proper sample extraction methods, interpretation of the sample reports, and program evaluation.• Vendor must provide an easy to read analysis reports with a description of each test result, and recommendations• Vendor shall have the ability to report at least (4) past reports for a single unit, plus the current analysis data on one test report. – Each test report must be issued to agency within 24 hours of completion of the analysis, delivered by e–mail, posted to the vendor’s secure web portal, and provided as a physical hard copy.• Agency shall be responsible to fill out all information on the sample bottle tags(2) The contract period will be for five years.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 27, 2026(4) Pre–Proposal Meeting Non–Mandatory will be held on July 15, 2026
