(1) Vendor needs to provide independent verification and validation services to the government authority located in Missouri.– Provide independent verification and validation services to support the successful implementation of the vital enterprise resource system– Dual Reporting Governance Model: To ensure a separation between project oversight and contract administration, the contractor shall operate under a mandatory dual–reporting structure.– Contractor’s Project Manager, the two Senior Business and System Analysts, and the Technical Architect shall be allocated full–time– Understand and agree that the IV&V services are part of the larger oversight of the MOVERS system implementation(2) The contract period will be for two years.
