(1) Vendor needs to provide biosolids removal services to the government authority located in Naperville, IL.– Remove, transport, and land apply dewatered aerobically digested biosolids.– Actual quantity available for each hauling event varies depending on stockpile production, the timing of sampling relative to scheduled hauling, and the amount of time between events.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 23, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for two years.
