CSE-24247 - USA (Lakewood, Colorado) - Integrated Security Patrol and Security Operations Center Services - Deadline August 28,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide integrated security patrol and security operations center services to the government authority located in Lakewood, CO.– Provide professional nighttime security services for agency owned and managed properties.– The purpose of this contract is to enhance the safety and security of residents, staff, visitors, and agency assets through proactive patrol, real–time monitoring, timely incident response, and professional reporting.– Provide the following minimum staffing during all scheduled overnight shifts:– Two (2) unarmed mobile patrol officers.– One (1) dedicated security operations center operator.– Patrol officers shall:– Conduct randomized vehicle and foot patrols to avoid predictable patterns.– Patrol every agency property each shift.– Patrol parking lots, garages, sidewalks, playgrounds, laundry facilities, clubhouses, pools, courtyards, common areas, vacant units, vacant buildings, and construction areas when directed.– Respond to alarm activations and after–hours service requests.– Investigate suspicious persons, suspicious vehicles, and suspicious activity.– Security operations center:– Monitor designated agency video surveillance systems.– Monitor alarm systems and security notifications.– Observe and document suspicious activity.– Dispatch patrol officers to incidents requiring field response.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 11, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
