INSU-6483 - USA (Garden City, New York) - Insurance Brokerage Services - Deadline October 6,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide insurance brokerage services to the government authority located in Garden City, NY.– Provide comprehensive insurance brokerage, insurance program management, risk assessment, and claims management services as well as serve as the primary insurance advisor and advocate. – The Contractor serves as the primary insurance advisor and advocate and shall proactively manage the College’s insurance program.– Exposures, recommending appropriate coverage and limits, managing the insurance program, and providing ongoing advice and support to designated College personnel.– Research and market the insurance program to qualified insurers and obtain competitive quotations from financially sound carriers.– Review policies, endorsements, and other insurance documentation issued by carriers and confirm that coverage conforms to the coverage recommended and approved by the College.– Assist the College with timely reporting and documentation of claims.– Monitor claims from initial notice through resolution and provide the College with regular status updates on significant claims.– Provide the College with a written renewal analysis identifying recommended coverage, limits,deductibles, premiums, material changes in coverage, and significant exclusions or limitations.(2) The contract period will be for five years.
