(1) Vendor needs to provide hood cleaning services to the government authority located in Overland Park, KS. – Provide commercial food service equipment cleaning services. • Exhaust hoods: Interior and exterior canopies, grease troughs, drip cups and light fixtures.• Grease filters: Complete removal, chemical degreasing, pressure washing and reinstallation of all baffle–type or extractor–type filters.• Plenums and ducts: Complete cleaning of the horizontal and vertical exhaust duct interiors.• Access panels: Opening and cleaning through all existing duct access doors. • Exhaust fans: Tilting and cleaning of the fan housing, fan blades (both sides), motor housing and the roof area directly beneath the fan unit.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 21, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for one year. (4) Pre–bid conference will be held on October 8, 2026.
