EQU-19078 - USA (Manchester, Connecticut) - Implementation of Automated Traffic Enforcement Safety Devices Service - Deadline September 1,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide implementation of automated traffic enforcement safety devices service to the government authority located in Manchester, CT.         – Design, engineering, permitting, installation, and implementation of automated traffic enforcement safety device (ATESD).– Provide a comprehensive explanation of the services the consultant will provide as well as the technical and operational support provided through all phases of the project.– Installation of signage and equipment (including detailed specifications of the cameras and hardware to be installed).– Conduct a pilot program to then evaluate the initial phase performance to determine whether further expansion of the ATESD program is warranted.– Public outreach and community engagement strategies (including collecting resident input and community notifications prior to system activation).– The proven statistical effectiveness of ATESD programs in other communities, specifically regarding accident and speed reduction and vulnerable road user safety.– Equipment maintenance, calibration, physical repair, and replacement.– User training and ongoing customer and technical support.– Reporting, diagnostic analytics, and performance tracking.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 20, 2026.
