HR-9367 - USA (New Mexico) - Recruiting and Hiring Services - Deadline October 30,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide recruiting and hiring services for the position of a chief executive officer (CEO) for the state health insurance exchange to the government authority located in New Mexico.– Position Sourcing• Interviewing staff and the CEO Search Committee to define the position requirements for the CEO of the Exchange• Updating and/or developing a position description for the Board's review and approval• Developing a recruitment strategy that includes specific job boards to advertise with, identifying relevant professional associations to advertise the position through, methods for reaching candidates nationwide, appropriate online job boards, etc.• Preparing a job posting.– Position Screening• Evaluating each applicant's resume and job application to determine which applicants meet the minimum qualifications, based on the position description• Coordinating and conducting phone interviews with selected candidates• Reviewing the phone interview evaluation results with the CEO Search Committee of the Board of Directors• Assisting the CEO Search Committee in identifying candidates for in person interviews(2) All question must be submitted no later than October 2, 2026.
