(1) Vendor needs to provide strategic plan update consultant services.– Provide a clear and actionable framework to guide economic development priorities, investment decisions, partnerships, and implementation activities.– Identify emerging economic development opportunities and challenges.– Develop an implementation framework that identifies responsibilities, timelines, and near–term actions.– Produce a concise and practical strategic plan that serves as a decision–making, accountability, and communication tool.– Review the current strategic plan and related materials to evaluate progress, identify remaining priorities, and assess issues that should inform the updated plan.– Business, workforce, and employment trends.– Conduct a targeted engagement process to gather stakeholder perspectives and help build support for the updated strategic direction.– Redevelopment and development opportunities.– Consultant will translate strategic priorities into specific strategies and implementation actions.– Strategic planning workshop facilitation.– Strategic priorities, goals, and strategies.– Synthesize findings into clear strategic recommendations.– Maintain regular communication throughout the engagement.– Communicating the board's value and impact.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 16,2026.
