– Vendor needs to provide copier fleet program lease and maintenance service to the government authority located in city. – The proposed color desktop unit shall be comparable, to the extent reasonably possible, to the Kyocera M3145idn black and white desktop unit in terms of intended desktop use, footprint, functionality, and ease of operation.– The three desktop units and one–color desktop unit should have fax and scanning capabilities.– Seven of the black and white copiers should be capable color scanning.– Providing lease and maintenance services for their copier program.
