CLEANING-13274 - USA (Inkster, Michigan) - Janitorial Services - Deadline August 14,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in Inkster, MI.– Empty trash receptacles and replace liners. – Vacuum all carpeting and rugs/runners, with an upright vacuum, giving attention to corners and edges. Spot clean carpet when necessary.– Clean and disinfect restrooms and fixtures, which includes toilet bowls, urinals, wash basins, water taps, mirrors and all dispensers.– Restock tissue and paper towels (provided by the Agency).– Sweep, vacuum, and mop floors. Wet mop lavatory floors using disinfectant in water. Sweep and damp mop with cleanser all hard–surfaced floors and stairwells.– Clean with disinfectant all drinking fountains and door handles.– Sanitize high–touch surfaces.– Clean entrances and glass doors.– Clean with disinfectant breakrooms and kitchenettes, including all tables and countertops.– Maintain elevator interiors and common areas.– Clean with disinfectant all customer service counters and ledges(2) A pre–proposal conference will be held on August 6, 2026.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than August 10, 2026.(4) The contract period will be for one year.
