(1) Vendor needs to provide technical assistance for business recycling service to the government authority located in Apple Valley, MN.  – Provide technical assistance to commercial entities to help them divert waste and provide technical assistance to help businesses fulfil program participation requirements.– Program completion for businesses that participated in the 2026 program and have not yet completed project implementation in accordance with program guidelines and their county–approved application.– Strategize program recruitment prioritizing.– High potential for food waste prevention, waste reduction, reuse, and repair projects.– Partner with the county liaison on relationship–building with businesses though.– Provide technical assistance to an estimated 25–30 businesses to help them participate in the Program.– Provide technical assistance and assist businesses that request it but are not eligible for the program.
