(1) Vendor needs to provide youth employment services to the nonprofit organizations located in Louisville, KY. – Serve as employers for youth (ages 16–19) summer job opportunities in subsidized positions.• Core program parameters:– Term duration: 6 weeks– Weekly schedule: 20–30 hours per week– Youth compensation: $15.00/hour – Youth target: agency–area youth ages 16–19 recruited by agency staff• Host site commitments:– Provide structured, direct daily supervision and mentoring– Assign projects developing transferable career skills– Complete performance evaluations– Ensure a safe, inclusive, and equitable work environment– Designate a primary point of contact for agency staff, and maintain regular communication and check–ins throughout the duration of agency.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 16, 2026.
