(1) Vendor needs to provide digital platform. – The solution provides Enterprise Ireland with a centralised platform to manage all our the early–stage startups programmes and ensure Enterprise governance and oversight requirements by enabling secure evaluation workflows, programme tracking, and lifecycle visibility across a startup’s journey.– The platform is envisaged to support end–to–end programme lifecycle management, enabling programme delivery partners (operators) to engage, monitor, and nurture the national founder pipeline and other stakeholders through a single, unified system.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 30, 2026.
