Fitness and Weight Room Equipment

Chesapeake Public Schools, including the School Board (hereafter known as the District) is soliciting bids from qualified vendors to supply and maintain high-quality fitness and weight room equipment for its athletic programs. The District must purchase items immediately for specific schools outlined in the Bid Proposal Form. Thereafter, the District will purchase equipment and services in indefinite quantities and on an indefinite delivery basis. The goal of this procurement is to provide students with access to modern fitness equipment that enhances their physical education curriculum, promotes health and wellness, and encourages lifelong habits of fitness. Equipment purchased may be replacements, upgrades, or new equipment. This scope of work outlines the detailed specifications, service requirements, and delivery expectations necessary to fulfill this project successfully. The District expects bid proposals to demonstrate the vendor's ability to meet the specifications outlined in this scope of work and to deliver exceptional customer service.
