Lodi Unified School District is seeking a 3-year contract for Internet Access from a Tier 1 or 2 ISP provider at our District Office, 1305 E Vine Street, Lodi, CA 95240. ISP shall have the ability to support all existing services 24x7 and provide a full class of C IP range serviced by a 10 Gbps fiber optic port with a 10 Gbps Committed Information Rate (CIR) minimum with pricing in 5 Gbps increments up to 20 Gbps. All proposals and/or information requests should reference the Form 470 number and should be submitted via email to the Technical Contact listed on this Form 470. Any contract or legally binding agreement resulting from this Form 470 must afford the right to increase bandwidth increases must be referenced in the proposal. All proposals should identify the specific services that pertain to the services listed on the Form 470. Proposals that include and encyclopedic list of all a service providers products and services, and do not identify the specific services being proposed in response to this Form 470 may be disqualified. At the time of proposal submission, all service providers should have a valid Service Provider Identification Number (SPIN), or be able to provide documentation showing that they have begun the process of obtaining a SPIN from USAC. Lodi Unified School District is seeking bids for Category Two Internal Connections consisting of: (1) one Palo Alto Networks fifth-generation firewall appliance or equivalent, including necessary eligible software, licenses, components, and remote support; and (2) one-, three-, and five-year Extreme Platform ONE Standard Networking right-to-use subscriptions and associated TAC/OS remote support for existing eligible Extreme Networks access points and switches, or equivalent compatible licensing. Approximate Extreme licensing quantities are 675 Tier A, 398 Tier B, 5 Tier C, and 55 Tier D devices. Complete technical requirements, device families, SKUs, and requested licensing terms are provided in the attached procurement documents.
