(1) Vendor needs to provide construction manager at risk services to the government authority located in Phoenix, AZ.– Digested sludge is dewatered using centrifuges in the Solids Handling Facility and then hauled off–site for land application.– Screening– Grit removal– Primary sedimentation– Activated sludge with nitrification–denitrification– Secondary sedimentation– Disinfection by chlorine– Dechlorination (sodium bisulfite)(2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on October 14, 2026.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 16, 2026.
