(1) Vendor needs to provide wildfire program management and grant administrator service to the government authority located in Medford, OR. • Coordinate with the City's Emergency Manager, City departments, participating property owners, contractors, utilities, and other stakeholders• Develop and maintain a detailed project management plan, including schedule, milestones, and deliverables• Facilitate regular coordination meetings with the City and appropriate stakeholders• Coordinate neighborhood, business, and stakeholder meetings encouraging participation, coordinating access, and facilitating implementation• Maintain a comprehensive property participation database documenting outreach, participation status, project milestones, and treatment completion• Document project implementation through before–and–after dated photographs, field notes, progress tracking, and supporting documentation.• Verify work is performed consistent with approved scopes of work and project requirements• Collect and organize documentation – to include participation agreements, property–specific scopes of work, photographs (before, during, after), GIS mapping, contractor documentation, progress reports, and treatment records.• Assist with final inspections, project completion verification, property closeout activities, and final documentation.• Prepare a comprehensive final project report summarizing project accomplishments, performance measures, lessons learned, and recommendations for future fuel reduction efforts.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than Aug 12, 2026.
