(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in Woodbine, GA.• Vacuum all carpeting in offices, hallways, common areas, conference rooms.• Spot clean carpet as needed.• Empty all waste receptacles (replace liners in break room/bathrooms daily and offices as necessary).• Daily check and restock restroom dispensers with soap, paper towels and toilet tissue as needed.• Thoroughly clean, sanitize, and disinfect restroom fixtures, toilets (interior and exterior), sinks and wipe mirrors.• Sweep and wet–mop bathroom floors.• Sweep other uncarpeted floors.• Spot clean doors and walls in restrooms.• Sweep stairwells and stairs.• Sweep interior and exterior entryways and mats.• Clean entry doors and glass.• Wipe fingerprints and smudges off interior glass, including offices and sliding transaction windows.• Wipe and dust customer side of counters.• Spot clean doors and walls throughout building.• Clean and disinfect all drinking fountains.• Dispose of all rubbish and recycling materials properly outside.(2) All question must be submitted no later than July 30, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
